Food
We will have a 1hr 15 min lunch break each day, plus snack breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
There is a kitchenette, with a very small refrigerator (no stove), in case people want to bring lunch and snacks. There is also a quaint little dining area in the building. The building is located very close to the mall of America so there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
Because this is a fast paced class, with a full schedule of content and techniques, it’s often easiest to bring food with you so you can maximize your break time.
What to wear / What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to make yourself comfortable on the floor or chairs during discussions.
Bring a pillow and yoga mat or a blanket to lay on for self care massage time. Bring a set of massage sheets if you have them and a face cover for the face rest if you have one. I will bring a few extra sets of sheets and face covers, as well.
Bring pillows if you want extra coziness on the table. It can be helpful to have a pillow or bolster for your legs while on the table and one for your head.
Bring paper or a notebook so you can take notes.
Bring lip goo and a water bottle. It’s super dry in the building. There is filtered water available in the drinking fountains.
I don’t expect you to bring all of this with if you are flying in. Please let me know and I will provide for you!
.
What I will provide

A few extra face covers for the massage table face rests
Breast covers. I
Sarongs to wear for extra privacy when people are getting dressed and undressed. You are welcome to bring a wrap or robe if you have something you like. It’s not necessary though. There is a back room available to change if you want more privacy. Otherwise, wear bra/top and undies/shorts you don’t mind being seen in or getting lotion on.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you think I could add anything else that would be helpful.

Flight Info
You’ll be flying into Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP)
Its about a 5 or 10 minute drive from the airport.
It’s only about a 5–10 minute drive to the classroom and nearby hotels. Many hotels in the area offer free airport shuttles (worth checking when booking). Otherwise, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available.
Hotels
These 2 are right across the parking lot:
Element Bloomington Mall of America
AC Hotel by Marriot
These 2 are across the street. Still super convenient and less expensive.
Towne Place Suites by Marriot.
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot - next to Towne Place.
These are both even a little bit further but still very close. I don’t think they are any less expensive so probably pointless to list them but options are great in case hotels are busy for some reason.
Cambria Hotel Bloomington Mall of America
Hyatt Regency Bloomington
